Prints & Cards:- We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, but please be aware that this may be slightly longer at times.  If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.  

FOR ORDERS SENT VIA PARCELFORCE:

When your order has been shipped you will receive an SMS or email from Parcelforce, along with a consignment number and link to track the status of your parcel. You should receive a second SMS notification or email on the morning that your order is out for delivery with a 1 hour delivery time slot.  Through Parcelforce’s tracking link, you also have the option to change delivery day, or request that your order is left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

FOR ORDERS SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL:

Unfortunately, these are not tracked.  Please allow 2-3 days from dispatch for delivery.

Yes, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, delivery address cannot be altered.
